To enhance the in-store customer experience at CHAGEE Pasir Ris, Trinax designed and developed Chagee Jump!, a permanent motion-sensor game that entertains customers while they wait for their beverages.
Rather than simply standing in line, visitors step into an interactive play zone where physical movement becomes the game controller.
Players jump to avoid obstacles, collect points and compete for high scores, creating an enjoyable activity that naturally attracts attention from surrounding customers.
The installation extends CHAGEE’s brand experience beyond beverages, turning idle waiting time into an engaging moment that encourages participation, social interaction and memorable customer experiences.
