A motion-tracking powered immersive retail experience that transformed CHAGEE’s concept store into a playful, family-friendly destination through gamified brand storytelling.

At CHAGEE’s Suntec City concept store, Trinax designed and delivered an immersive interactive play zone that redefined in-store engagement.

Anchored by the “Ready, Steady, Sip!” motion-sensor game, the installation invited children to move, raise their hands, and catch falling tea leaves in a dynamic digital environment.

By blending physical space design with interactive digital media, the experience encouraged active participation while reinforcing CHAGEE’s tea heritage in a fun and accessible way. This integrated gamification in a retail environment enhanced dwell time and elevated the overall customer journey.
