A custom interactive digital directory was designed and built with an added search functionality to allow DBS staffs & esteemed guests to navigate around their new premises. The digital directory also allowed for video advertisements which helped to promote their services.
What is the Experience?
Staff and guests who need directions around a new location can easily find their way with the aid of this interactive digital directory. The shift away from a conventional concierge leaves an impression of a modern and technologically acute space. Advertisements that play on-screen also give a heads-up on the current products or services that the space has to offer.
To familiarise staff and guests with a new area, an Interactive Wayfinder System helps to facilitate the process by providing exact directions to specific areas. Incorporating advertisements into the interface also serves as a source of quick information.
Users input a name or location into the system and have directions shown to them. Advertisements can also be shown at the same time depending on circumstances.
