What is the Experience?
The DBS Wayfinder is a smart navigation and information kiosk that integrates 3D maps, directory services, and interactive guidance to elevate the workplace experience at DBS Asia Gateway.
Visitors and employees will be able to navigate through a touchscreen to locate key amenities, maps, directions and more.
To enhances the visitor and employee experience by offering smart, self-service navigation and location discovery within the workspace.
Through a touchscreen interface, users will be greeted with a welcome message introducing the DBS office and Perennial Business City. There are two main modes available: Way Finder (for navigation) and Points of Interest (for location discovery).
Through both modes, users will be able explore by categories and choose a starting and destination point. Once the selections are made, users tap “Begin Journey” to view the step-by-step path.
Users can also check out the 3D map where they can view the building layout by floor. Each point of interest includes images, descriptions, and amenities.
