What is the Experience?
As visitors enter the ICA Services Centre, they are welcomed by the Immersive Theatre and Digital Identity Wall at Heritage@ICA, located in the Level 1 lobby.
Beyond these public-facing installations, the overall experience continues with a series of interactive displays housed within a dedicated event space that is accessible only to authorised visitors.

Through a blend of archival visuals, artefacts, and multimedia storytelling, visitors gain an appreciation of ICA’s legacy and milestones. Interactive touchpoints along the way invite users to trigger animations, explore historical events, and access in-depth content at their own pace.
As they move deeper into the space, visitors engage with touchscreen kiosks, touch-activated projection walls, and large-format interactive displays. These stations offer quizzes, immersive videos, and dynamic interfaces that highlight ICA’s digital transformation and future aspirations.
