Redemption Machine

Marina Bay Link Mall

Launched in 2019

Facilitated by modern technology, take your pick among different snow cylinders to obtain a randomised gift!

What is the Experience?

Our digital redemption kiosk delivers a turnkey solution to traditional gift redemptions carried out by brands across the country.

As part of the festive theme, the user interface is crafted to reflect the festive season of Christmas, featuring a cozy house decorated with ornaments and a steam locomotive – exclusively designed for this touchpoint.

By tapping on the screen to enter a private code, users will pick from a selection of festive snow cylinders to determine their prize.

What is the Objective?

To offer a seamless redemption method that utilises integrated digital solutions to impress the audience and optimise the end consumer experience.

How Does It Work?

Shoppers who spend a minimum amount on RQAM’s retailers will receive a confidential code to be entered at the redemption kiosk. They are asked to input personal details after entering the code, with the details being stored in a backend database.

Six snow cylinders will be presented to users where they are prompted to select one. Their gift will subsequently be revealed on-screen and dispensed via a compartment slot.
