What is the Experience?
The “Celebrating Volunteers Tree” is an interactive installation designed to express heartfelt gratitude to volunteers for their dedication and efforts. Visitors to the event can write personalised thank-you messages, which are displayed on vibrant digital leaves on the tree. These messages, brought to life through engaging visuals, create a heartfelt and memorable experience for everyone involved.
The primary objective of the Celebrating Volunteers campaign is to honour and recognise the contributions of volunteers, fostering a sense of appreciation and community. By giving the public a platform to share their messages of gratitude, the installation inspires a deeper connection and mutual respect between volunteers and the community they serve.
Message Submission
Visitors can write their thank-you messages using designated interactive kiosks around the installation. This messages can be customised with names, drawings, or words of appreciation.
Digital Transformation
Each message is transformed into a digital “leaf” and appears on the vibrant, animated tree displayed on large screens. This dynamic representation ensures each message stands out while creating a cohesive, interactive experience.
Engagement
As messages are displayed on the digital tree, the audience can see their contributions come to life in real time. The installation also features accompanying visuals, such as colourful animations and volunteer-related photos, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.
