As part of Singapore Polytechnic’s 60th anniversary celebration, the institution wanted to spruce up the ambience of the event for students to soak in the celebratory mood in an interactive fashion.
An interactive projection screen was designed, built and installed on the polytechnic’s premise, which was aligned with their celebratory theme.
What is the Experience?
To mark the 60th anniversary of Singapore Polytechnic’s founding, the students showcased a trendy dance layered with a dynamic backdrop to complement their performance. The array of dances were executed with differing styles and required an ever-changing background. Trinax developed an interactive projection that could display vibrant visuals according to the user’s specifications.

By programming a video into the projection, the dance performances were executed in sync with the visuals projected. Through backend design of the video and coordinated dancing, the dancers managed to put on a show that was enhanced by the video projection.
