As patrons approach the interactive kiosk, elegant animations for Macallan’s Red Collection emerge on-screen. This Omni-channel strategy connects Macallan’s offline patrons to the online world as they are invited to visit their website to explore the latest offerings, right after being mesmorised by Macallan’s stylistic visuals.
To integrate Macallan’s usual patrons to the company’s digital platforms via an O2O communication strategy that utilises the latest technology available.
The interactive touchscreen kiosk starts by using its built-in motion sensor to detect approaching users. The animation plays while users watch the quick marketing resource to familiarise themselves with Macallan and the Red Collection. Once the video ends, a QR code appears that entices users to scan it. They will then be directed to Macallan’s website to view and discover more about the advertised product line.
