Case Study 1 of 4: Shilla Duty Free
TREX™ currently power the management and creation of e-vouchers for Shilla Duty Free. This platform enables our client to create digital vouchers that can be distributed to end consumers via partners such as banks and agencies seamlessly through different channels such as WeChat and email, and through different mechanics such as microsite games.
Case Study 2 of 4: Sephora
TREX™ is currently powering the redemption of GWPs via Sephora’s new self-service redemption machines. Sephora members are able to scan their loyalty app at the machine and redeem GWPs instantly. Their activities and points are recorded in real-time.
Case Study 3 of 4: DBS
TREX™ powered the social media redemption for DBS’ Christmas activation via smart redemption machines in 2018. The system was integrated with our proprietary Social Media Plug-in that triggers reward only if a relevant IG post was validated. All redemption and usage data were generated from TREX™.
Case Study 4 of 4: Shiseido
TREX™ was integrated with a customised sampling machine that was also designed and built by Trinax. Shoppers had to play games and fill in details before the samples are given out. TREX™ is responsible for the management of the samples and generation of the report at the end of the campaign.
