An LED screen was established to facilitate the browsing and ordering of Cat & the Fiddle’s cakes. Users could scroll through the various cakes, view their descriptions and place their order. Interactive games like puzzle piece solving and memory matching were available to entertain the customer as well.
What is the Experience?
Customers of Cat & The Fiddle, a premium cake specialist, were treated to a technologically advanced experience through a large LED touchscreen. The interactive kiosk could display their assortment of cakes, take pictures with stickers augmented into the photo and conduct simple games for the user’s amusement. The all-in-one digital booth has attracted a multitude of consumers with its interactivity and engaging features.
To entice consumers to explore and browse Cat & The Fiddle’s catalogue, and to acquit the company as a contemporary and modern business. In turn, attracting youths and millennials to their brick-and-mortar store.
The program is embedded with the ability to view their latest catalogue, take pictures with customisable photo frames and stickers that could be posted on Instagram, and a feedback form for patrons to voice their opinions. A jigsaw puzzle game where users would drag puzzle pieces to their correct positions and a memory game about finding and matching 2 of the same images is also implemented as well.
