Osim partnered with Trinax to build an extensive media platform with information on how we should care for our bodies. Through the application, users will be introduced to various health benefits that osim’s massage devices have to offer.
What is the Experience?
Each of OSIM’s products offer a slew of benefits – ranging from stress relieve to beauty enhancements – making it hard for consumers to memorise every product and its plus points. An interactive application consolidates these details and packages it into an effortless browsing experience for the user.
Categories like sleep and beauty are displayed, to be selected by the customer. A 3D human model, with pointers to distinct parts of the body, allows users to browse products according to which section of the human body they picked.
To indoctrinate customers with product benefits, conveyed through a process of problem identification and solution introduction – seamlessly presented using interactive applications.
With a friendly user interface design and concise visuals, navigation through Osim’s interactive health application is smooth and straightforward. Health tips are categorised according to beauty, stress, exercise and sleep. When selected, they are further separated by problem, solution, reference and product.
The Smart Recommendation System allows you to scan the users engaging with the platform for demographics and sentiment data.
